Scheduling an Appointment
ATS schedules patients Monday through Friday by appointment only. There are no walk-in appointments. The first appointment is typically the longest and can run 1-2 hours depending on individual circumstances.

Insurance and Payment Information
We require payment at the time of the appointment. Cash, credit cards and money orders are accepted forms of payment. ATS does participate in some insurance plans, please call ahead for details. Services can be paid for using HSA/Medical flex spending accounts. We will be happy to provide a detailed billing statement including appropriate ICD10 codes for submission to private insurance for whatever out-of-network benefits cover. If you do have insurance, we will help with prior authorization to help cover the cost of the medication. The initial visit is $250 and follow up visits are $200. All patients receiving medication assisted opiate therapy (Suboxone) require counseling.
