Scheduling an Appointment

ATS schedules patients Monday through Friday by appointment only. There are no walk-in appointments. The first appointment is typically the longest and can run 1-2 hours depending on individual circumstances.

Insurance and Payment Information

We require payment at the time of the appointment. Cash, credit cards, and money orders are accepted forms of payment. Services can be paid for using HSA/Medical flex spending accounts. The initial visit is $250, and follow-up visits are $200. All patients receiving medication-assisted opiate therapy (Suboxone) require counseling.
